The EXD Trailrun, organized by TuS 1908 Schleiden e.V. / Triathlon Department, is a popular event in the German multisport calendar and has been taking place since 1998. Participants can choose between two distances: the EXD Trailrun Full with approximately 8.3 km and the EXD Trailrun Light with approximately 4.4 km. There are various age categories, including U18, U20, and additional categories for women and men, with the minimum ages for participation being 2010 and 2012, respectively.
